36 Month Program - Effective 9/1/2009

This program is designed to assist anglers who frequently fish 5 day trips or longer to achieve credit for time being spent at the rail of the INTREPID. 

You will receive 1/2 day credits for trips over 5 days in duration or combinations thereof. For Example: 
5 day trip = 1/2 day credit, 10 day trip = 1 day credit, 15 day trip = 1-1/2 day credit

or combinations of trips over 5 days in duration. For Example: 
5 day + 5 day trip = 10 days = 1 day credit, 7 day + 8 day trip = 15 days = 1-1/2 day credit, 5 day + 7 day + 8 day = 20 days = 2 day credit, and so on.

The 36 month program will go into effect from the departure date on your first trip (after 9/1/09). 

PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS / CONDITIONS 

1.  Credits have no cash value and are non-transferrable, they cannot be sold or bartered.

2.  Charters or groups being paid by one individual are EXCLUDED from this program.

3.  Gift certificates, discounted promotional fares, or "Catch a Three Ride for Free" are EXCLUDED from the credit program.

4.  A minimum of 50 paid fishing days over a 36 month period is necessary to receive a 5 day trip voucher.

5.  Vouchers CANNOT be used as credit toward a longer trip.  EXAMPLE:  50-59 days = 5 day voucher, NOT 5 days of credit toward 6, 7, 8, 10 day or longer trip.  70 days = 7 day voucher, NOT 7 days toward a longer trip.  100 days = 10 day voucher.

6.  Credit days CANNOT be rolled over or extended beyond the 36 month time period and will be forfeited, and credit vouchers must be used within the following 12 months.  EXAMPLE:  1st trip 11-4-09, last trip 11-4-12 and you fished 50 days your 5 day voucher must be used by 11-4-13.

7.  INTREPID staff will not be responsible for notifying anglers in writing of accrued credits.

8.  INTREPID staff CANNOT guarantee certain trip dates and reserves the right to change or offer alternative trips due to unforseen situations.

9.  Confirmed written verification of "Voucher" reservations will be treated under the same terms as our "Reservation Policy" and rights thereof.
